Is This an Emergency?

Call us right away if you suspect any of the following:

  • Difficulty breathing or labored breathing
  • Unusual behavior, such as lethargy
  • Difficulty urinating, or blood in urine
  • Ingestion of toxic substances, such as anti-freeze, rat poison, or chocolate
  • Trauma – such as from a fight, fall, or injury from a car accident
  • Fast swelling of head or abdomen
  • Vomiting, diarrhea or constipation
  • Loss of appetite
  • Excessive salivation or difficulty swallowing
  • Fainting or collapsing
  • Rapid, slow or faint pulse
  • Excessive coughing or sneezing
  • Excessive water consumption
  • Pacing or anxious and erratic behavior
  • Seizures
